Chef, Tim Johnstone, has brought The Giggle Dam to an outstanding level
of culinary excellence! *Along with your two appetizers (Mexcellent Taco
Chips & Salsa, with chef's choice of soup or salad) and an absolutely
scrumptious surprise dessert, Tim offers a choice of 4 delectable entrees
which change nightly to ensure variety, and are likely to
include: Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian Pasta.
Our menu changes periodically depending on Chef Tim's mental headspace however you can usually count on a reasonable facsimile of one of the following...

Beef Dinner
A succulent serving of roast beef smothered in an awesome homemade gravy. Served with roast baby potatoes, honey glazed carrots and spiced baked zucchini. Topped off with a small sprig of parsley, 'cuz it's cheap and looks nice, accompanied by fiendish amounts of gut wrenching laughter!
Chicken Dinner
Feel like chicken tonight. Our chef lovingly marinades his 'wing on' chicken breasts in yet another fabulous secret sauce. Always baked to perfection and served with glazed honey carrots, roasted baby potatoes and baked zucchini. Parsley, 'cuz it's cheap and looks nice, Are you seeing a trend yet?
Seafood Dinner
The Red Tide Special' is a plump juicy filet of salmon topped with another of Chef Tim's wicked sauces. Baked and topped this dish attracts salivating bears from all over BC. Carrots, potatoes and zucchini ensue and oh, don't forget debilitating hilarity and parsley!

The Official Pasta Dinner
This is the Giggle Dam's vegetarian delight. Always big, Tim serves up everything from pompadoro sauce to sun dried tomato cream sauce over a variety of pasta types depending on what's on sale in grocery that day! Carrots and zucchini with garlic toast make this a dish worthy of the parsley we top it with.
